  August 16, 202 4 Peter Rakobowchuk   /  Peter Ray   my ex-husband, C P journalist's  curious incidence in Hungary ... on one of our visit to Hungary, Startled by Peter’s saying: „This is a  fortress, a prison ” „ no way in or out… " I  sure wouldn't want to live here Peter said;  this city is depressing, creepy. Iron gates built into bricks and stones, houses in unbroken lines, can't see into the backyards. At night the shutters on windows don't allow light or sound to seep out into the dark silence.
